As a Fit Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the perfect fit and quality of our clients’ garments. You’ll work closely with the design, production, and technical teams to refine fit, maintain standards, and deliver exceptional products to our customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess garment fit during fittings and provide detailed feedback.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications, patterns, and samples for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that the fit meets brand standards.
• Conduct garment fittings and adjust patterns as needed to achieve the desired fit.
• Document fitting processes, adjustments, and technical feedback accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in fit and quality.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Respect for deadlines and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
• Proficient in English and French.
