Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: $30 per hourWe are currently seeking a part-time Finance and Payroll Assistant to support our client’s team. This hybrid role involves 16 hours per week, with one day working in-office and one day working remotely.Responsibilities:– Administer payroll
– Support finance processes, including general ledger tasks.
– Maintaining an organized and accurate filing system (both paper and electronic).
– Managing the registration of purchase orders.
– Provide general administrative support as needed.Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
– Intermediate knowledge and experience in processing payroll.
– Familiarity with accounting and payroll software.
– High attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
