Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Facilities Project Manager position is responsible for the planning, development, and capital maintenance of all physical facilities and related equipment and grounds required for the effective operation of Public Schools programs throughout the Territory. - Significant experience in contract management and procurement methodology
- Experience working with contractors scoping out work and negotiating quotes
- Experience managing major projects, including estimating, budgeting, and management of human, financial and material resources.
- Post-secondary education in architecture, engineering or related discipline would be considered an asset.
