Job description: we’re a newly arrived family of busy professionals with two small kids aged 6 and 3, and two very friendly dogs. We are looking for a partner who will help our family: keep the household clean and working well, prepare some food, occasionally pick up the kids from the nearby school using the family vehicle, and generally be a member of our team. As both parents work from home we’re seeking someone with high energy and professionalism who will be our partner in keeping up our lovely home and will be involved in our day-to-day life with positivity and a kind attitude towards our kids. Both parents travel occasionally and so this person must be both experienced in working for families of busy professionals, but also highly reliable and steady in order to ensure that family life continues without interruptions even if one parent is away. There will be opportunities for babysitting, continuing the daily afternoon shift into the evening, often. Our ideal time slot would be Mon-Fri from 2pm to 6pm but we can be a little flexible. This job would be ideal for someone who has a morning occupation somewhere in the downtown area of Toronto and can zoom over to ours for the afternoon shift every day. Weekend opportunities for extra work may also arise so if the person if flexible on weekends, even better, but that’s not a requirement!
