Job description: Our client, a leading organization in the trucking industry, is seeking a Member Service Coordinator to join their team.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to manage changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Member Service CoordinatorLocation: Winnipeg, MB, R2X 2P5Annual Salary: $45,000 to $49,000 (Based on Experience)
Benefits: Dental and health coverage; extra $600 as a health spending account, Matched RRSP 3% all after completion of 3 months probation.What’s the Job?

• Proactively respond to member queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Work towards resolving member issues related to technical policy, services, payments, or any other concerns efficiently.
• Participate and lead event management and execution.
• Assist in the development of both internal and external materials such as presentations and brochures for industry promotion.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and community organizations to foster information sharing and collaboration.

What’s Needed?

• A minimum of 2 years working in member services/ Event coordinator/ event budgeting or related roles.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in stressful situations under strict timelines.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment of the transportation industry.
• A background in event management is desirable.
• Budget management
• Has reliable vehicle and valid drivers licenses
