Evening cleaningWe are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area for evening cleaning, that has a valid driver’s license and own means of transportation to and from the jobsite. (Please note that City buses do not work for the location/time of this position)Hours would be:Sunday’s – 12:00pm – 4:30pm
Monday through Thursday – 7:00pm – 11:30pm22.5 hours per week with potential to add more hours.The successful candidates are required to have the following:– Have a valid driver’s license and own transportation to job sites.
– Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
– Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
– Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
– Able to work independently & around people
– A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
– Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
– Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.
– Be able to work various locations throughout the city
– Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
– Have an eye for detail cleaningJob Duties would include but not limited toBuilding Cleaning.
– Sweeping/Mopping
– Disinfecting touch points
– Vacuuming
– Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
– Dusting
– General cleaning duties
– Garbage removal
– And more as directed by supervisors.
