- Empower and elevate your team by mentoring and guiding staff in our Whitehorse office, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of environmental leaders.
- Drive growth and innovation by generating exciting new business opportunities and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Lead impactful projects, overseeing everything from budget and schedule management to client interactions, safety planning, and technical leadership, all while coordinating a talented project team to deliver excellence.
- Create compelling work plans and reports, crafting technical proposals and translating complex information into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate across various geographies with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of environmental scientists and engineers, tackling challenges and creating solutions that make a real difference.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in an environmental discipline such as biology, environmental science, geography, earth science, or soil/reclamation science, bringing a solid foundation of knowledge to your work.
- 10+ years of consulting experience and proven project management expertise to lead and deliver impactful environmental projects.
- Strong understanding of Northern markets, key client sectors, and regulatory processes, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in this region.
- Leadership and collaboration skills, guiding teams to success while fostering a cooperative, innovative work environment.
- Experience working with local Indigenous governments and communities, enhancing the cultural and environmental integrity of projects.
- A valid driver’s license.
