Job description: Richmond Christian School is hiring for an Elementary Teacher to join us starting the upcoming school year.About YouThe ideal candidate is a BC certified educator who demonstrates a strong commitment towards Christian Education and has experience teaching Elementary years. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and have the ability to deliver curriculum content in an innovative manner that fully engages students in learning. The teacher also acts as a personal model to deepen students’ understanding of a Biblical worldview and relationship with God.About the PositionThis is a part-time Grade 4/5 teaching position at our Elementary Campus. The teacher will be a part of a team of educators and will have ample prep time each week for collaboration. Class size maximums are 26 for intermediate classrooms.The posted salary range is based on the 2024-25 salary grid and will be adjusted for the 2025-26 school year.Education and Experience

• BC Teaching Credentials or ability to apply for a Teaching License
• Experience and ability to teach French as a second language
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the Universal Design of Learning
• Legal authorization to work and teach in BC
