We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can take initiative, works collaboratively to solve problems, and demonstrates a high degree of professionalism through leadership, dedication, and integrity.The opportunity…The Division Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and coordination needs of the division. The position is in direct contact with Cabinet offices and provides senior level executive support to the ADM as well as supporting coordination across the division on briefing notes, intergovernmental activities, and ministerial and departmental briefing packages and correspondence. - Post-secondary course work and/or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, finance, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience with senior-level administrative responsibilities such as coordinating travel, managing calendars, coordinating/facilitating logistics of meetings, taking minutes, managing administrative tracking systems, and maintaining file/records management.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and routing briefing materials, caseworks, and other documents,
- Experience planning events, particularly in a government context, would be considered an asset.
