- Experience leading and managing teams, including coaching and mentoring staff, fostering employee engagement, managing performance, and leading through change.
- Experience managing the delivery of programs, including providing operational and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Experience managing financial resources, including budgeting and expenditure forecasting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a track record of negotiating, consulting, and building collaborative partnerships with varied stakeholders such as federal agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and businesses.
- Experience in immigration or in a relevant regulated environment is considered an asset.
- Experience in operational policy development and/or program monitoring and compliance activities would be considered an asset.
