– Permanent full time position, Monday to Friday, 35 hour work week

– Managing the Customs brokerage team
– Ensuring company goals and targets are being met
– Managing and participating in the development of customs processes, service platforms and productivity output
– Addressing client queries, maintaining positive relationships with them as well as government authoritiesQualifications
– Experience in customs brokerage industry with leadership experience, 5-8 years preferred
– College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field is preferred
– CCS, CTCS, LCB designations are preferred
– Strong business acumen and knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, profit & loss management, accounting, and CSA
– Experience in Cargo Wise One system or related brokerage systems is considered an asset
