– College degree
– Strong data entry skills and MS Outlook
– Experience with AS400 is a big assetOther Language Requirements: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reason for Language Requirement: To support operations in other regions
– Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Your role:– Enter orders received by phone, email, or fax into the AS400 system
– Respond to customer and representative inquiries
– Prepare quotations
– Track orders
– Manage product returns
– Prepare urgent orders
– Coordinate and manage pending orders
