Experience in working in Customer Support:The Customer Services Section serves as the initial point of contact between the customer and other Military Personnel Flights (MPF) work centers as well as the installation DEERS/RAPIDS issuing facility and Automatic Records Management System (ARMS).Duties: Provide customer assistance (e.g., visitors, appointments, inquiries, phone calls other than those within other processes, or MPF self-service applications) in accordance with this guidance. MPF Customer Support SectionProcess ID card requests in (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) DEERS.· DEERS is a database that maintains information on service members, retirees, dependents, and other eligible beneficiaries. and RAPIDS.

• RAPIDS is the system that uses the information stored in DEERS to issue Common Access Cards (CACs) and other identification cards.

Retrieve ID cards.Destroy TESLIN identification cards.Dispose of Common Access Cards (CAC) by mailing expired / invalid CACs to appropriate facility.Verify eligibility for Agent Letter.Who will you be providing Customer support to?The Military Personnel Flight Section is located at Andrews Air Force Base Maryland (MPF). It is the strategic manager of military personnel programs for all units and members being serviced, whether on base or geographically separated from the MPF for maximum economy, efficiency, and service.The mission of the MPF is to provide quality personnel support through the administration of personnel programs, in both peacetime and wartime, to commanders, Air Force members and their families.
