– Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines and assist with special order requests.
– Be the go-to person for inquiries, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
– Provide updates on order statuses, tracking, and delays while fostering customer loyalty.
– Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve order or billing issues.
– Share insights, suggest process improvements, and support training for new team members.What You Bring:– Experience: 2+ years of stable customer service/order processing in high-volume environments.
– Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office Suite.
