– Work with a supportive team in a professional environment.Your Role at a Glance:– Handle customer inquiries via phone (50%) and email (50%), providing quotes, placing orders, and following up as needed.
– Process orders received through our portal, email, fax, and phone.
– Collaborate with the payroll and accounting teams on basic numerical tasks.
– Maintain and update customer records and provide reports to the Claims Department when requested.
– Perform office filing and other administrative duties as required.What We’re Looking For:– Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role.
– Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with numbers.
– Industry Experience: Background in the automotive industry is an asset but not mandatory.
