Job description: Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and ensuring the smooth running of our front office. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers, providing them with accurate information and assistance

• Gather information from customers and enter it into the system to initiate claims

• Oversee the front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times

• Utilize your skills in customer service and part-time receptionist work to enhance the customer experience

• Assist in the resolution of any customer inquiries or issues

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Ensure customer records are kept up-to-date and accurate at all times

• Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.

• working with MPI / claims / insurance

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service roles

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries

• Prior experience as a part-time receptionist would be advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism

• Sound knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

• Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution will be a plus.

• Working with MPI Claims/insurance (background in this would be an asset)
