Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Clerk, you will be responsible for handling returns and warranties at the distribution center.This is a regular full-time position located in the Calgary Distribution Centre.We offer a competitive salary, an attractive benefits package, and company discounts.   • Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by headquarters
  • Conduct necessary research for all customer credit requests
  • Request return authorizations from suppliers and complete the appropriate forms
  • Manage supplier return warranties

QualificationsTo join our team, you must, among other things:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position supporting DCs and stores
  • Have a very good knowledge of Excel as well as knowledge of AS400 and Access (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
