This is a 6-month temporary position with the potential for extension and the chance to make a real impact!As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for both customers and dealers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining strict confidentiality.Fully Remote: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home!
Flexible Hours: Work a staggered schedule from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
Great Pay: Earn between $24-$26 per hour (paid weekly).

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice for our customers and dealers. Your role includes:Acting as the primary contact for inquiries related to finance and leasing files.
Providing prompt and accurate responses via phone and email, exceeding expectations.
Ensuring timely resolution of client requests to guarantee their satisfaction.Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:Bilingualism (French and English) is a must!
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly with inbound calls.
Strong computer skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Exceptional soft skills including communication, empathy, problem-solving, active listening, adaptability, and teamwork.
A College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree (BAC) is a plus.Summary
