Overhead Door specializes in furnish, installation and service of upward acting door and dock solutions. Our core business is installation and service of upward-acting door systems. We supply Overhead Doors and related products to new commercial building contractors, the new homebuilding industry, private businesses, and to homeowners.Role:
We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Dispatcher in our Regina warehouse. Reporting to the Service Manager. This role is a full time temporary with the opportunity to go full-time to cover Maternity leave and possibly more.Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service and installation.
  • Schedule customer installation and service calls.
  • Dispatch installers/technician.
  • Inform installers/technicians of all project requirements.
  • Ordering of parts in timely manner.
  • Monitor incomplete job reports daily.
  • Respond to customers who report service and installation concerns and work towards resolving the issue.
  • Maintain communications within the office to ensure smooth installations, serving, etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dispatcher (experience in garage door industry preferred, but will train the right candidate)
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and works well under pressure.
  • Ability to think fast and make decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Quickbooks and Connecteam. (will train the right candidate)
  • Ability to overcome objections, solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
