These provide opportunities to grow your career through a dedicated technical path while being rewarded for your unique skills.​Reporting to the Superintendent Asset Management, Energy and Site General Services, you will:Act as the primary IOC point of contact managing the Annual Supply of Services from 3rd party service providers. This typically follows a multi-year fixed pricing contract to cover inspection and maintenanceManage incoming Inspection Reports, Certifications, As-Built Drawings, and Operations and Maintenance Manuals, as a result of work completed by 3rd party suppliersHave oversight of “IOC-S-E-PRO Fire Impairment Procedure” and facilitates the process across site with area representativesPlan and oversee any required defect repair or improvement workContribute to IOC’s Capex program by working with the service provider, area stakeholders and the Asset Management team to address issues identified with the systems that require Capital ExpenditureAssist in coordination and monitoring of the execution of planned inspections and maintenance tasks, and unplanned emergency/breakdown work when neededReview and file all inspection reports in SAP, creating notifications for listed deficiencies from inspections for future resolutionContinuously improve on maintenance and inspection strategies, develop/improve maintenance tasks for fire protection equipment where requiredIdentify, prioritize and manage the elimination of deficiencies on asset protection equipmentPlease note: Fly-in-fly-out arrangements are not available. Relocation assistance is provided if applicable.What you’ll bringBachelor’s Degree or certification in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Fire Technology, etc.)Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance planning experienceComputer literacy (Microsoft 365, SAP)Project Management experienceFire Protection technical background.
