• Manage construction project accounting, including cost coding, tracking expenses, and ensuring budget alignment.
• Handle payroll processing for construction employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain bookkeeping records and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor HST/GST compliance and ensure timely filings.
• Oversee cost reporting and assist in budget forecasting.
• Use construction software for financial tracking and reporting.
• Support financial audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in construction accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in construction software and accounting tools.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping, and cost coding.
• Understanding of HST/GST compliance and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze budgets and provide accurate cost reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
