Posting Closing Date: October 8, 2024We’re looking for a dynamic Configuration Analyst to join our team!In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing and managing the daily operations of our SaaS (Software as a Service) applications. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, reporting, training, documentation, change management, access control, and testing. This position also offers the opportunity to leverage your skills in advanced configuration of SaaS tools while contributing to important business process analysis and project deliverables.Education & Certification

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years in application support and maintenance.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesServices

• Plan, test, and implement feature upgrades.
• Design and implement advanced application modules.
• Maintain up-to-date application documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Document configuration changes from default settings.
• Execute service requests and project deliverables.
• Gather requirements to configure applications.
• Consult and implement security and functional roles within SaaS tools.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve SaaS issues.
• Support vendor escalations, service-level reviews, and incident management.
• Monitor SaaS application performance and security.
• Train and support staff on SaaS usage.
• Collaborate with users for feedback and improvements.
• Evaluate and suggest enhancements to current configurations.
• Assist with disaster recovery procedures.

Leadership

• Share knowledge through peer mentorship and coaching.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members and users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders as needed.

Management of Resources

• Recommend and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute to business projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Promote and maintain safe work practices.
• Follow agency and government regulations and guidelines.

Additional Requirements

• Complete mandatory training per agency policy.
• Hold a valid Class 5 Novice 2 (or higher) driver’s license and qualify for commercial auto insurance.
