Home Care offers a range of services tailored to meet individual needs, including support for acute care, chronic and palliative conditions. • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Experience planning, developing and implementing programs
• Experience supervising support staff
• Experience as a Physiotherapist providing assessments and treatments in a community environment is an asset

Conditions of employment

• TB screening
• RCMP Security Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check
• CPR-C with AED (within last 30 months)
• WHMIS 2015
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• A valid & current license to practice physiotherapy in the Yukon obtained through The Professional Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Branch (Community Services)

• Travel within the territory
• Exposure to pets, exposure to second-hand smoke, latex products, flowers, and/or plants and other irritants while in client homes
