Job description: Overview:Fountain Tire is looking for a Cheque Run Administrator join our Corporate Accounting team in our South Edmonton Head Office!This is a part time position with a schedule of: Monday + Tuesday 8:00am – 4:30pm, & Wednesday 8am – 1pmThe Cheque Run Administrator will help process payments to vendors and service providers for the Fountain Tire group on a weekly basis. This includes cheque and electronic payment methods.What do we offer?

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Work with the Corporate Accounting group for guidance and appropriate approvals
- Generate and post electronic payments
- Create cheque payment proposals for review
- Generate, print, stuff envelopes and distribute cheques according to instructions and schedule
- Maintain process documentation & adhere to query management and communication policies
The necessary experience, knowledge, skills and abilities required in the role:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in accounts payable in an office setting
- Strong computer skills and ability to accurately enter data
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience with Dynamics 365 would be considered an assetMust be able to complete a criminal record check and credit checkDatabase and/or records management experience is an assetInterested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply on-line.
