Job description: Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Chargeback Analyst Entry to join their team. As a Chargeback Analyst, you will be part of the client support department, directly interacting with clients to ensure smooth reimbursement processes.Job Title: Chargeback Analyst EntryPay Range: $20/hrDuration: 6 months with the possibility of extensionWhat’s the Job?

• Interact directly with clients by phone to advise on reimbursements and chargebacks, using standard processes to reach resolution.
• Process reimbursements and chargebacks for clients and merchants while maintaining service levels.
• Utilize standard scripting in line with privacy guidelines and policies to mitigate any reputational risk during client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies while handling client inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve client inquiries effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in processing transactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to work onsite during regular business hours (M-F, 9-5).
