• Meet and greet guests
• Ensure the breakfast area is free of debris, and all equipment is in working order
• Maintain the satisfaction of all guests
• Display and restock all food items in accordance with The Great George standards
• and in a manner that will ensure guest satisfaction
• Complete light food preparation
• Operate dishwasher
• Other duties as required
