Job description: About the Opportunity
- Data entry for billing on specific accounts and drivers’ payroll on a weekly basis
- Review and verification of drivers timesheets to enter for payroll
- Review and interpret sales contracts relating to billing
- Investigate driver pay questions/concerns
- Coordination of special customer billing requests
- Generate invoices and ensuring all documentation matches (purchase order, packing slip, BOLs, etc)
- Maintaining SOPs on own accounts
- Monthly analysis on accruals
- Overtime will be required during peak periods
About You
- Billing experience is a strong asset
- Transportation industry is a strong asset, not a must have
- Strong communication skills
Hourly Rate
