Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate companion to provide exceptional care for an elderly woman. This role includes overseeing the individual’s well-being and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. In addition to the caregiving responsibilities, the position includes accommodation, with a private room provided in the residence if needed. Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays the positions starts at 3:00 – 7:00 pm On Tuesdays the position starts at 2:30 – 7 pm while Thursdays the position starts at 11:30 to 7 pm. Saturdays and Sundays the position starts 1 pm to 7 pm. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to any emergency situations or requests for assistance. Assist with walking to the bathroom. Reminders to drink water frequently. Companionship Maintain a clean and organized living space. Ensure the individual’s comfort and address any concerns that arise. Accommodation Details: Rent for Private, furnished room is $850 provided within the residence for the days off. Access to shared living areas and facilities. Utilities laundry and internet included. Qualifications: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Reliable and trustworthy.
