Job description: Temporary Full TimeWe are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant – Disability Management Services Office in Winnipeg, MB.The Administrative Support Assistant is a member of the Central Intake Team in our Winnipeg office and is responsible for the telephone reception and administrative duties for the Disability Management Services Office (DMSO).What you will do

  • Paying invoices and managing incoming phone call inquiries received on the department toll-free line.
  • Open, sort and prepare incoming mails.
  • Scan mail into the document imaging system and set tasks for team members to review and handle the mail.
  • Create and mail correspondences to employees, clients, and service providers.
  • Maintain employee and client information in the Canada Life systems, including entering or updating banking information, updating employee and client contact information, and entering invoice data for payment.
  • Investigate mail that has been returned to sender and resend the mail as appropriate.
  • Manage the distribution of files requested from the Records Centre.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

website.The base salary for this position is between $29,800 – $40,300 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
