Job description: About the Opportunity

• Generate accurate and timely invoices based on client contracts and project milestones
• Work with the Engineering and Delivery team to ensure all projects are captured in Time & Attendance system
• Review weekly Time & Attendance reports to ensure all team members are recording their time on a weekly basis as this will impact invoicing
• Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of all client accounts and payment histories
• Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution
• Process and verify vendor invoices and expense reports
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and address discrepancies
• Maintain adherence to company policies and applicable financial regulations
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and provide reports for management, including cash flow and aging reports
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and streamline workflows
• Complete payroll for Canadian / International and US Employees and Contractors on a biweekly basis

About You

• 2+ years of experience with AP/AR, including billing, invoicing, adjustments, and collections
• Advanced Excel- pivot tables, vlookup
• Strong communication skills, dealing both internally and externally
• Experience with XERO-ERP system would be nice-to-have
• Experience processing payroll is highly preferred

Salary Range
