Responsibilities

• Grow brand businesses in the beauty category by leading national accounts
• Focus on sales growth, profit improvement, optimize operations and marketing initiatives
• Work with major national accounts to maximize sales, profit and merchandizing, distribution, market share
• Build strong business relationship with key decision markers
• Monitor and report on KPIs
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Digital/eCommerce teams

Requirements

• Business degree – preferably in business or marketing
• 2-3 years of experience working with major retailers (beauty CPG preferred)
• National account management experience
