– Troubleshoot repair needs which are difficult to identify and independently complete repair projects.
– Assist customers over the phone with technical issues and/or questions.What you need:– Qualified mechanical experience.
– Be the go-to person in areas of expertise (Electrical, HVAC, Slide Out, Pneumatics and Body Repair).
– 310T certification is needed.
– Class 1 or Class 2 driver’s license.
