  • Contribute to the achievement of corporate and regional objectives by measuring the performance of the team, ensuring quality claims processing, compliance with standards, procedures and productivity.
  • Implement initiatives to support team goals/objectives.
  • Participate in the improvement of operational processes.
  • Participate in recruitment and hiring of the team.
  • Identify and recommend changes to policies and/or processes to improve business results and maintain competitiveness.

What you bring to the table:

Community Social Services Worker – Nunavut
  • University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
  • At least 3 years of experience as an adjuster
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Claims adjuster license is required
  • Strong knowledge of property insurance and policy applications
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge
  • Bilingual English and French is considered an asset
