The successful candidate will assist in contacting patients affected by the recall, managing logistics, and ensuring timely completion of recall tasks under the guidance of office staff.– Patient Communication:
– Contact patients affected by the recall via phone and email to inform them about the recall process and next steps.
– Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding equipment swaps and returns.
– Address any patient inquiries or concerns related to the recall.– Recall Process Execution:
– Assist in carrying out equipment swaps under the supervision of office staff.
– Ensure accurate and efficient processing of recalled units and distribution of replacement units.– Documentation and Logistics:
– Complete and maintain necessary documentation for recall activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
– Coordinate with shipping providers (e.g., FedEx) to manage the logistics of recalled and replacement units.
– Track shipments and handle any shipping issues that may arise.– Tracking and Reporting:
– Monitor and track the progress of recalls to ensure they are completed within designated time limits.
– Report on recall status and provide updates to office staff and management as required.
