While supporting the overall use and adoption of the enterprise content management platform (OnBase), you will be encouraging paperless process automation.The preferred location for this position is within Regina, however other Conexus locations may be considered.How you’ll be spending your time

  • Managing and maintaining the OnBase Enterprise Content environment; ensuring alignment to business and technical requirements of the organization
  • Capturing, compiling, analyzing and synthesizing requirements from different sources to facilitate the creation of OnBase solutions
  • Focusing on user experience, form design and process workflow automation to increase usability and efficiency within the organization
  • Troubleshooting core functions and user errors
  • Demonstrating strong documentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and analyze business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret logic statements
  • Experience in business analysis is considered an asset
  • Experience working with enterprise content management systems is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of OnBase is considered an asset
