As the Manager of Realty and Space Planning, you will manage the Yukon government’s realty and office space planning programs. This involves working with all government departments to plan for their office space and leasing needs, managing a portfolio of leased buildings, and leading development of a modern office space standard. The manager leads a team of technical experts to deliver excellent client service within a positive and supportive environment that encourages innovation. OLG Opportunities in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
  • Experience leading a team with a demonstrated ability to engage employees, lead change and manage performance
  • Considerable experience managing a program, ideally related to real property management, leasing or office space planning
  • Experience with budgets, forecasting, financial analysis and business case planning
