I feel welcome and at home.”Pay RangeOPSEU/VHA Pay Scale Level 4B—$22.98-$27.17 per hourAs a Health Services Scheduling Coordinator, you will help our clients maintain their independence and brighten their day by fielding client calls and ensuring their services are scheduled in a timely manner. You’ll work in a fast-paced high energy customer service center, communicating with clients, families, funders and clients’ Health Care Teams including Personal Support Workers, Nurses and Rehab Service Providers. You’ll be supported by a passionate team and state-of-the art technology that enables you to coordinate services, accept new client referrals, schedule service changes and maintain client service plans. You will be supporting both Nursing and PS coordination desks.Guaranteed 20 hours per week (Required Monday-Sunday, 8:30am-9:30pm Availability).
