Responsible for administrative support relating to documentation control activities for the Steinbach site including preparation, issuance, distribution, and reconciliation of controlled documents.

  • Support in preparing Quality Documentation.
  • Perform document reconciliation.
  • Support archiving of documents as per approved SOPs, Policies, and Regulations including timely filing, retrieving, and disposal of documentation.
  • Support off-site storage management and document destruction.
  • Support Lean Initiatives and 5 S Principles.
  • Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Regulatory Requirements, and Occupational Health & Safety.

Education and Experience:

Mi'kmaw Indigenous Patient Navigator - Positions Available Throughout Nova Scotia
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor of Science or an equivalent program
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office with a proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Experience in an administrative role.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
