In this role you will be providing our internal partners with content services and advice. This will include imaging and classifying documents while working within legislation, policies, and procedure for retaining and destroying records.How you’ll be spending your time

  • Imaging & classifying documents in OnBase
  • Generating, printing and preparing letters
  • Sorting and distributing interoffice mail
  • Directing visitor traffic while monitoring deliveries and shipments at Reception

  • 1 year customer service experience and/or 1 year administrative support experience
  • Content services experience
  • Proven ability to identify efficiencies
  • Effective business writing skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
