  • Completion of a degree in a relevant field (such as Library and Information Science, Public Administration, Community Development, or Education).
  • Experience in financial and human resource management.
  • Experience leading and developing staff including performance and talent management.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and assessing programming, especially related to diversity and inclusion.
  • A degree in Library and Information Science will be considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a library or archive, particularly at the management level, will be considered an asset.
  • Experience working with societies and boards will be considered an asset.
