Job description: Description :Job Summary:The Digital Content and user experience coordinator manages day-to-day updates, maintenance, and timely scheduling of website content for littleburgundyshoes.com. The candidate has a keen understanding of human behavior as it relates to solutions and creates interactive experiences that draw users in and keep them coming back. The Digital Content Spcecialist is responsible for uploading and editing content relating to key initiatives, product and brand launches, weekly promotions, and new content strategies based on educated performance analysis. The Digital Content Specialist must show attention to detail and work cross-functionally to collaborate with teams within the LB organization and 3rd parties.Role and Responsibilities:Website Content Coordination

  • Establish and maintain the website content release schedule for littleburgundyshoes.com
  • Provide a complete view of all content-related releases for website
  • Implement timely website updates by uploading assets and copy in support of online marketing campaigns and personalized content
  • Communicate with relevant teams to maintain timelines and ensure that assets follow their assigned schedule
  • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional partners regarding site content requests

Website Content

Overhead Crane Operator
  • Assist in planning of site experience needs for trends, key products, and weekly promotions
  • Support digital photoshoots as needed
  • Leverage data, results, insights to inform content planning and recommendations
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for site content
  • Adjust banners and content based on weekly performance, test and product arrivals

User experience Optimization

  • Assist and inform content development decisions based on research findings
  • Conduct usability testing using best in class tools
  • Manage LB user testing tools and relevant 3rd party relationships (Kibo, Interaction Studio)
  • Align testing to the testing roadmap, and ensure 3rd parties work in concert with departmental goals
  • In collaboration with digital merchandising team, create and maintain a user testing roadmap that aligns to Little Burgundy business priorities
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Support web operation specialist with conversation optimization projects

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Design, Media Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Funtional & Behavioral Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and web analytics
  • Working knowledge of basic coding preferred, especially HTML and CSS
  • Working knowledge of indesign, photoshop is an asset
  • Analytical thinking and consumer behaviourial understanding
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Self starter who values teammates and contributes to shared goals
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respond to critical requests as appropriate
