Victim Services Worker
  • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with your client.
  • A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
  • Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, Independent, Ambitious and Competitive
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience and/or Strong sales background with a drive to service clients and close sales (preferred)
  • Life License Qualification Program Licensed candidates preferred. If not, must be willing to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license within 1 month of hire.

What you’ll do here:

  • Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
  • Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them.
  • Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network.
  • Providing excellent customer experience to our clients
  • Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence
  • Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients’ most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next steps.
  • Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Life License Qualification Program Licensed candidates preferred. If not, must be willing to take the LLQP license within the first month.

Compensation
