Job description: Description :Reporting to: Director, Cargo Product & Business Development*Non-BargainingDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Must be able to perform, but not be limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System program and demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety;
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day relationships of client-servicing with customers;
  • Primary point of contact for all aspects of corporate account management;
  • Lead regular performance reviews with clients with a focus on trending areas and solution generation;
  • Liaise with Cargo Business Analyst to produce client KPI metrics reports;
  • Liaise with Client Engagement Specialists to resolve service failures;
  • Provide superb customer service in all customer touch points;
  • Proactively implement programs on e-initiatives to drive the penetration of e-Bookings and other Agent Self-Service functions via Client Cargo Portal;
  • Communicate corporate rate adjustments as applicable;
  • Communicate corporate client tier adjustments as applicable;
  • Liaise with the Director, Cargo Product & Business Development to provide customer-centric solutions to clients;
  • Develop and maintain cross-departmental relationships with Cargo Operations, Planning, and shared services teams;
  • Manage and execute applicable Service Level Agreement requirements;
  • Liaise with Fleet Planning to identify problems and recommend solutions to minimize or alleviate negative impacts on client SLA performance;
  • Identify problem areas and trends in SLA performance, recommend and participate in implementing changes;
  • Manage Continuous improvement component of SLA in an ongoing effort to improve products, services or processes;
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications:

Norman Wells (NDP) - Plant / Field Operator Intern
  • Minimum two (2) Post Secondary Education;
  • Minimum three (3) years previous experience;
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision or direction;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication;
  • Proven ability to effectively handle diverse and challenging situations;
  • Ability to manage priorities and conflicting demands;
  • Well organized, detail orientated, capable of multitasking;
  • On call availability and willingness to travel regularly, as required;
  • Management experience considered an asset;
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite is required;
  • Ability to communicate in Inuktut a definite asset;
  • Ability to obtain and retain an Airport Restricted Area Pass in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
