The Role:
Our team is growing and we are on the hunt for a Bar Back Team Leader to join. Our ideal Team Leader Bar Back is someone who has a passion for their craft and is wanting to experience a fast paced and vibrant environment. We are seeking a confident, well-presented and hardworking candidate with a can-do attitude who has a passion for teamwork & leadership.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
- Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
- Leadership experience within a team environment
- Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality
Our expectations include:
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
