Explore beautiful landscapes and a unique fauna thriving year-round in this exceptional environment.About the RoleAs an Administrative/Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient ordering and obtaining of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will also handle various administrative and logistical tasks, including maintaining documents, tracking shipments, and updating records.Responsibilities:

Technician Helper – Fire Alarm Division
  • Maintain documents, lists, and materials.
  • Coordinate and integrate the ordering and tracking of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maximize bulk shipments and minimize individual packaging to reduce logistical effort.
  • Maintain the reference library by updating and providing new document versions as needed.
  • Keep records of all preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring the database is current.


  • Eligible for Enhanced Reliability security clearance and pre-employment medical.
  • Possess a valid passport for travel to CFS Alert, NU, including overnight stays in Thule, Greenland.
  • Cross-cultural adaptability and a strong team player mindset are essential.
  • Previous experience in similar roles preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); asset management software experience is an asset.

  • Fly-In Fly-Out schedule with 8×8 rotations (8 weeks on site, 8 weeks off site).
  • Pay rates $35.03 – $36.88 an hour
  • Travel paid from home to and from the site from any location in Canada.
